We today had the pleasure of dealing with a customer who didn’t want to bring her device into the shop due to the fact that she would be charged for our services. Her solution was to try and bully us into doing remote support for no fee. WTF is this person thinking, I know that she may be struggling due to the impacts of the drought, but we have a lot of  fixed overheads that need to be paid no…

I was in a local supermarket the other day when I overheard a conversation between the young deli attendant and an older gentleman who was after a piece of roast pork. The deli attendant politely told him that they had sold out of roast pork and the fresh batch would not be available for another hour. Finally have the POS system up and running, normality has been returned to the shop (from my perspective anyway). I am sorry but I need to offload tonight Here is my gripe and it is something I am unfortunate to encounter on a regular basis. Why is it that people feel that the computer technician must be a male, this sort of work couldn’t possible be carried out by a female. Guess what, I am a female and I am…
