I cannot understand how small business is meant to compete against the larger players especially within the computer retail industry.

Our supposedly wholesale prices are higher than the retail prices of the likes of Harvey Norman or Officeworks. These places even have unique models so you as an end user can’t price beat.

Even computer manufacturers are joining the race to the bottom by discounting products significantly on their websites.

Remember if you don’t support the small retailers you won’t have anywhere to go for support & service – who’s going to fix your laptop – Harvey Norman I think not.
