We today had the pleasure of dealing with a customer who didn’t want to bring her device into the shop due to the fact that she would be charged for our services. Her solution was to try and bully us into doing remote support for no fee. WTF is this person thinking, I know that she may be struggling due to the impacts of the drought, but we have a lot of fixed overheads that need to be paid no matter what. Why does she feel so entitled – come on girl get a grip.
